NSS the better business bureau
I bought a nic card from d-link at BB. It came w/ a $5.00 MIR. I sent everything in and later got a postcard stating I didn't include a UPC. I did send one but I didnt have a copy of what i sent.
I wasnt going to hassle with dlink so I went to the Better business bureau's web site and within a week got a response from both the bbb and d-link. Dlink sent a copy of everything I had sent including the upc and said it was the wrong one. I gave up and a week later i got the $5 rebate. I guess they didnt want any more complaints. -jel  |
