NSS: Swanky Joints

I'm in Naples, FL for a conference at the Ritz Carlton Golf Resort. I've stayed at other Ritz's and I'm always impressed not just with how nice the rooms are and hotel is but how incredible the service is. I could never get sick of anyone saying "It's my pleasure, sir" anytime they do something for me (hold open a door, clean my clubs, get the car). This is surely a service differentiator that sets these cats apart from anyone else. I love this place. Oh, yeah, each room has high-speed internet access, too.

Ah, yes... gotta love the 'conference' trip....

Last year I went to the Venetian in Vegas for a conference. One of the best vaca... er, business trips I've been on.
