SS: CC typos/mistakes

Suckage. I had a 1300 bill. Paid it off or so I thought. My credit card and the bank missed the "1" in front even though the amount is fully written out. It'll just make my bank account less optimistic as I thought it was. Ugh

If there's a discrepancy between the written and number amounts, which one is used?
