I was given a stray black kitten several months ago, a few days after my former cat was put to sleep. I was reluctant to take it, because I really didn't want a kitten and I have always been suspicious of black cats. They just seem so sneaky.( My mother's neighbor had two black cats and they always ran every time I went to her house).
Well. I adore this furry little creature. She is a lot of fun and a real pal.
Also, last week, a friend of mine told me about a 6 foot fiberglass ladder on sale at Home Depot for around $30. He said that he would buy it and bring it over to my house for me in his truck.
Well. it's sitting outside on the patio and the cat is in here next to me and it's Halloween and nothing has happened so far.
