I hate this. I don't want to eat because it will add to my gut but my tummy needs food.... sleep... sleep is good. darn finals

Drink water. Most Americans are constantly dehydrated and mistake thirst for hunger. At the very least it will fill you pu long enough to get to sleep.

Yeah yeah yeah, u wanna keep urself lean, but I wanna put on some damn weight... Im 17yrs old and I weigh 95lbs. Im about 5'4" and I think I should weigh about 120 right? I really really need to eat more, and stop wasting my calories...

If your staying up late at night and your getting the hungry horrors because your bored that's on thing, but if you busting your butt around the house there is no reason why you couldn't have a lite snack.
