KHypermedia 48x24x48 drive

I went and bought the drive yesterday, and its a piece of trash. It took it an average of 7 minutes to burn cds, my 10 speed takes around 10 minutes. My roomates 32 speed takes less than 3 minutes to burn a cd.

I was burning the cds at full speed, with no other major program running and i would leave my computer alone. The drive is crappy slow. Also the trey is really flimsy and seems like if you touch it wrong it will break.

So beware if you are thinking of buying this drive.

Do you have UDMA turned on on that channel?
