Annoying Neighbors

I know for a fact that many of you can relate to this, since people have been complaining about their neighbors multiple times on here. I am being driven nuts by two of my neighbors right now!

The guy directly next to us, had been diagnosed with terminal cancer and was supposedly not going to live even until Christmas. So they sold one of their homes and are preparing the one next to us for sale. Unfortunately, that entails the use of power tools way too often. I guess they are cutting marble or tiles today as they have been using a damn tile cuter all day long. Talk about getting on my nerves!

On top of that he keeps coming over our house to complain about a bough of a tree that apparently goes over his driveway. The bough is probably 25 feet or more up in the air and not obstructing anything. (The guy routinely cuts down our tree limbs so his RV can get up his driveway...which is his right). His complaint is that the birds in the tree are dropping nuts and berries all over his driveway and he wants us to cut it. We have already told him that if he wants it down that it is HIS job to do it. Legally the part of the tree over his property is his to do.

The guys has no respect for his neighbors as he turns on all of his lights that shine into my bedroom at 3am! Goes outside and shouts at that time and is generally just inconsiderate.

Compare that with the guy across the street who sits and puts his motor home and boat out on the street all the time, which is against the rules for the community. He is about to get a nice little shock as he stated to someone that he doesnt have to follow the rules since he is an attorney. I looked, he WAS an attorney, past tense. He is inactive which means he cant represent anyone in court or bring actions. Big difference...especially when he has two active attorneys living across the street from him who he has annoyed with his rudeness. I am going to have the cops enforce the rules, as they are still in effect.
