So I thought I'd give Flooz a try, since they partnered with Outpost.com-WHY>!>!!>!!!?>!@#$@#$%#$%.

I ordered a rather simple USB HUB. Three days of waiting later I called outpost to find the product had ben discontinued. Three days earlier, they actually sent me an email to tell me the product had shipped. What's more-those bastards creditted my flooz acount what the USB hub was going for wholesale, not what I paid for it. I called them up and they asked for more info-so I emailed them back the emails for confirmation of the order-clearly showing what I paid. They'd take care of it, right? WRONG.

Two days later, my flooz account is still short. I call again-outpost said they took care of the credit and it was flooz's fault that it had not appeared in account. So, I call flooz. They call outpost and call me back. Yes, the transfer apparently went through, but they don't know why the flooz has not appeared in my account.
Screw this-I ask for my credit card to be refunded. After hanging up the phone, I realize, with Flooz's record, they're prolly never refund my credit card. Damn Them!

I had high hopes for outpost, and never tried flooz before. Oh well. They suck, and I shall never deal with either again, and I hope my experience keeps others from getting burned.
