I just got word from emusic :
Dear EMusic Customer,

Recently, you qualified to receive a Creative Labs NOMAD II portable
MP3 player from EMusic.com. We were informed this past week that due to
unforeseen manufacturing delays at Creative Labs, a portion of our
shipment of NOMAD II's has been delayed. As a result, your NOMAD II will
be shipping to you later than we had originally expected. We expect to
receive our shipment from Creative Labs the first several weeks of July
and will ship your NOMAD II to you immediately upon arrival at our
warehouse. To keep you informed of the progress, we will send you an
email -- including a UPS tracking number -- confirming that the product
is on it's way.


"The first several weeks of July" ???
doesn't sound too good
even worse would be:
"The last several weeks of July" !!!

how many weeks can this years July have anyway ?
