Ok, this pisses me off. I won 50 dollars from Oscar casino and they sent me my check. I deposited it about 2-3 weeks ago and today i got something in the mail that said they stopped payment on my check!!! I know someone else posted about this, anyone else got comments/advice/similar situation? I am going to write an e-mail to oscar demanding an explaination. The worst part is i got charged 5 dollars for banking fees for the canceled check. I am not very happy . . . .

Well, i wrote oscar casino and they replied with this (though i don't think anyone needs to hear the update from the lack of replies to this post, but here it is )

Dear Michael,

According to the problem on returned check from OscarCasino, we do concern
about this problem so much. Currently, we have been informed by our bank : Nevis
International Bank that they have just changed their transfer bank from Bank of New
York to Hamilton Bank since June 24, 2000; that is why it caused the response from
your bank as "Account is closed" which means Nevis's account with New York Bank
is closed.

So we would like to apologize for any inconveniences may cause you.

About the solution for this problems, we are pleased to :
