[s] Refunds from Dell

Why the hell can't Dell give refunds in a timely manner? I've been waiting two months for a frickin refund on a monitor that was returned and they keep telling me it's "in process". They don't even answer email inquiries anymore, I have to call every time I want to check and it's the same old ******** from them every time.

Why don't you just call your CC and dispute the charge?

I did do that, but I shouldn't have to resort to that. Dell should process refunds in a timely matter...Amazon does it just fine. Calling the CC and disputing is the last resort in my mind (I use Amex Blue), and I try to work it out with the company before using that option.
