That definitely wouldn't inspire much confidence in my host.

Pretty lame to say the least.

From what I gather from the hacked message, they used a know exploit that your host has neglected to patch.

...pretty bad.

yeh, it seems that their has been a series of want to be hackers hitting known exploits on host.
