So i teach this SAT prep class. and i'm a fairly strict teacher. i really make an effort to get my students to learn. so one of my biggest pet peeves are the students that throw answers out when i ask them a questions, without really thinking about their answers.
i have a student that does that all the time, and it gets on my nerves. esp since she makes a face whenever i ask her a question. she rolls her eyes and just makes some numbers up, hoping to get me off her back. so she does this today, and i got fed up, i wanted to say to her "i really don't like it when you make that face, and just make up some answer." what came out of my mouth was......."i really don't like your face"....    luckily she didn't catch it...but the rest of the class did... oh man, was i embarassed. i apologized, and quickly changed the subject. |

good thing he's not in grade school....
but i'm with ya roni. i hate that crap when i'm teaching people (or used to teach people). and you know what, after the first time....it gets easier to verbally abuse the people. just don't make it a habit.

when i teach snowboarding if someone is giving me attitude i make them sit by themselves and watch, and then i make sure everyone else is having fun, it makes the person watching feel like **** and they are like "Can i do it", oh now you want to try, well then you shouldnt have went sleding down the mountain sitting on your board now should you
