NSS: Promotion & Raise
Sweet . . . just found out I got a promotion and about a 50% raise, which is much more than I was expecting (but fair given that I've been underpaid relative to the market since I've been at the same agency for my entire career) . . . also fun is that I'm scheduled for another raise in January as part of my review.
What sucks, however, is that it means that I have to fly off to Cincinatti for business trips now . . . first one is a week from tomorrow.

Thanks much for the congratulations. I'm not too keen about the trips to Cinci, but hopefully they won't be all that frequent. At least whenever I go, I'll be right in the middle of downtown.
My Attgig friendship fee is in the mail . . . I swear . . .  As for the rest of the money, I don't know . . . will be strange to actually feel like I have some disposable income in Manhattan. I'll probably just be trying to save some money . . . oh, and definitely joining a nicer gym. |
