SS: Promo & Raise
Its been a year, i think need another promo and raise!!!!
 Just thought i'd join in the other two guys in their promo & raise threads  And to make this a somewhat meaningful thread tho, here's a question for all of ya. How long have you gone without a raise, and when you got your raise, what percentage did they give you? I had to wait 3 years before my first raise. When i got it was 20%. Then 2 months later, I got another 8%. Not too bad i guess. But I sort of wished they would have spread it out a bit more. |

the last two years, my dads CUMULATIVE raise has been 2.6%

i've been getting steady raises, but very small
first year (after 7 months) got a raise of about 10%. then, each year..I've been getting raises of 2-3%. However, I've been getting about 20% bonus every year too....

I get bonuses of about 8-10%, but raises are generally about 3% per year.
 Still, I love my job and my coworkers, so I'm not terribly pissed about it. |
