I feel MISERABLE. Have slept off and on all day for 2 days, can't breathe through my nose, lots of drainage. No energy. Bleh.

soup is good to eat no doubt. Try a nice warm bath too Jenny ... clear up the sinuses. Sometimes a real strong mint will really open up the passages as well. Temporary but real nice for the time it happens
