Grade 1 thats nothing. I had a grade 3 seperation about 8 months ago. I was playing some 2 on 2 tackle football. My shoulder healed up no problem but I have huge permanent bump on my shoulder.

i decided not to do bball as a varsity sport. i'll just play IM, i don't think my knees and ankles will hold up for 8 months of continious work
