NSS (this time): Dell Customer Service
I used the wrong CC billing address for one of the dell flat screen deals that was posted here a couple days ago and I was afraid it would screw up the order, so I called them yesterday to make sure it was still ok.
The girl I talked to was extremely helpful - which surprised me initially because usually when I talk to outsourced techs, it's like talking to a machine. But she made sure that everything was ok and although she couldn't give me an exact shipping date, said that in her experience it should be in this warehouse or that warehouse and would probably be sent out within a day. Then I get a phone call this afternoon from the same lady telling me that she noticed that it had shipped this morning and just wanted to let me know that it was on the way. I'm very pleased, and extremely surprised. ![]()

wow, and she spoked good english, thats unpossible!
I am surprised your tech experience went so well, espcially considering it was a dell tech *shutters*.
