I agree with yoss, or you could go the breaking the bone route.....

The most pain I have had was when I torn a ligament in my ankle, hurt like a bitch. But common pains without major problems.... Stubbing your toe kills, but also banging your knee on a table or something kills, and stubbing your toe were it rips your nail.

the can of shaving cream fell off the shelf this morning and the bottom metal edge landed on my foot. sliced a nice little 1/4 moon shape. i had no idea what happened. i'm standing there drying off and wham! no noise letting me to know to move out of the way...nothing. ouch. but def not as painful as a stubbed toe!

my brother was about 4 or 5 years old, and we were playing around, and he was trying to hit me with a box. my mom called us for dinner, and i turned to acknowledge her. when i turned back, my bro tagged me in the face with the box. since the top was open...voila! papper cut in eye.

i hate when you just aren't paying attention and you wack a finger on a cupboard or some other edgey thing and take a chunk of skin off. it was totally avoidable and usually ends up bleeding all over the place.
(just did this to my middle finger yesterday )

"what did you do?"
"i dove and pushed a little kid out of the way of an on coming semi and landed on the pavement" sound smuch better than 'i dove after a frisbee and because i'm uncoordinated, i landed wrong and dislocated my shoulder'

Never done it. Though I did zip up more than a few pubes back when I had them and that was painful enough.
