NSS: Getting things resolved

There is no better feeling then when a company finally fixes their screwups that have been plaguing you for entirely too long. I honestly do not understand why it took them so long to remove the incorrect listing or why the repeated electronic notifications to fix it were not completed.

All I can say is this....for the life of me, I cannot understand why a credit repoting agency would use CSR's in India of all places. Obviously, they do not care about the privacy of anyone.

Even more disturbing, I do not understand how a company can disregard not 1 but 2, special notifications that they were reporting incorrect information. Especially when they can only be sent by the business that sent the originals in the first place.

Then it worries me that an American working for a Credit reporting agency apparently lacks the ability to read english. Thats the ONLY plausible explanation for receiving an 8 page fax containing no less than 5 pages from a particular company and then that woman claiming that none of the pages were from that company! Even worse was the fact that in the body of the complaint letter was listed the companies main phone line and the name of the manager who I have been dealing with. This woman claimed that if she was unsure of the fax, she would call to verifiy what I was saying and have it fixed by the next day. Obviously, they just dont care.

Now, if only one of these idiots ever asks me to help them. Especially the one who received the fax, I would love to have the ability to return the "favor".
