Closed as in bought or as in sold?
I'm out in Loudoun County, and the market is *beginning* to show some signs of softening. By that I mean that houses aren't always going for more than the original asking price. We're keeping an eye on things because the wife and I would like to move sometime in '06. Congrats BTW! Hope things work out for you...
