NSS: I got a new job
Well, after three and a half years of pumping gas, I've finally managed to get a job doing something I'd much rather do.
In January I'll start working in the call center for a bank. The pay is $3/hr more than I'm making now (over $13 an hour Canadian to start), so it's definately an upgrade for me. I definately have good phone skills, and think I'll do well. Eventually I want to get into computer help desk support, but I think working at this job will give me the call center experience that would be beneficial for a position like that. |

Gratz man. Of course, now you won't get to breathe gas fumes all day or have to go outside in sub-zero weather. But you have to take the good with the bad...
