I purchased an Ipod Video with accessories about $350 but there are 3 rebates to send in, one for the case, one for a car adapter and one for an FM transmitter. Two rebates were well hidden at their site, the one for the case is non-existent, I have to call them (also waiting for their email response for that rebate). Then to fill it out they want incredible details, serial # and model of Ipod, model and serial # of the item to be rebated, upc codes. There are 3 upc codes and many #'s on the transmitter, I can't determine which of those #'s are the serial #, nothing has the letters "SN" that would indicate serial #. They made this so complicated, I only did 2 of the 3 rebates that I could find and it took me a lot of time. I doubt I will buy anything from them again that has rebates. I expect a 50/50 chance of receiving my rebates, and that I am sure is by design. I give this merchant no stars because of their complicated rebate system.

Complain to the BBB about deceptive business practices. They made it impossible to collect on all three rebates that influenced your decision to buy.
