Remember that deal for kingston memory module 128 Mb with $25 rebate...that item was backordered for like 3 weeks and now when they finally shipped it, the rebate has expired....
So i called the Omax CSR who explanied to me that the rebate had expired and yadayadayada....I told her it was not my fault that the item was backordered and they should stop accepting offers if they cannot ship items soon.... She refused to honor the rebate passing the buck onto Kingston....we all know that officemax sucks.....this just confirms that fact..... :-( |
