i havent been able to get tv out to work with my radeon card. does it not work when i use a s-video/rca converter kinda thing? my tv doesnt have s-video in

very often when you have a svideo to composite converter, it is a pseudo converter that just runs a few lines from the svideo. You might need to get a real svideo converter. http://videoware.site.yahoo.net/vide...svideorca.html
this site has them, I have no affiliation with it, I just searched hotbot for it.

the converter came with my creative labs tnt2 ultra card and it worked fine with it, is the ati tv out different?

got it working, guess i was supposed to use video out if i dont have svideo in on my tv.
