I have a Athlon 650, with Gigabyte GIX MB, Maxtor and IBM hard drives, hp burner, velocity 4400 video card, and generic cdrom and ram. Before I started having wierd window blue screen errors, I had 128mb of PC100 ram. I just bought and installed 128mb of PC133 zeus components ram. Then the fun started. I tried several configurations with the ram, and I still had blue screens. Then I just took out the new ram and everything is running smooth. Obviously the ram is the problem, any ideas why. Are the two chips just not compatible? Any info would be great

That ram is pretty low grade stuff and its been known to have problems running in people's systems. I would suggest you send it back for another brand of memory.
