CUV4X memory problem

This is my specifications
512Mb of ram(2x256)
CUV4X motherboard
800eb pentium

I have problems with my memory. it seems I run into blue screen of death many many time. I tried the norton memory test with both dimms and they don't pass the test. If I tried it with only one dimm in they pass the test. I thought the problems is with something wrong with the bridge between the memorys but I still get blue screen of death with one dimm. I need some help here. thanks in advance
