Programmable interrupt controller problems

I get a code 9 for this crap...

THis device is not working properly because the bios in you PC is reporting resources for the device incorrectly..

contact your computer manufacturer to get an updated BIOs...

I HAVE NEVER *EVER* flashed ANYTHING correctly.. evertime.. i have left it for DEAD...

any way to fix this WITHOUT havign to flash..

is it important?

shows up with an exclamation mark
