Angry

I'm not sure what exactly I might have done to my computer before I lost about 15 GB of information on a partition. The whole drive letter won't show up anymore! I've even tried finding the drive in DOS mode and it still won't show. ANyone have any ideas to try and get it back? its real important, has all my important junk!

You should look for it with fdisk.
Yuo can view partition information with it. It will at least give you an idea of what happened.

Alright, so i fewed with fdisk and all I really notice is that the volume label is gone and that there is no drive letter associated with the partition. All my info seems to be there just be looking at the percent usage of the drive. It also is blank in the system property (fat32, fat16, etc.)Thanks to all who can help or who can try to help!

I would be really worried about now. Run a virus scan with updated definitions. Just to be safe.
