Ok, this just started yesterday, but when i open a new window in IE, it freezes for like 3 seconds and then opens the new window. I have no idea why this happens, but it just started a couple of days ago, and i dont think ive made any changes to my system. any thoughts. btw, this sucks for popup windows.

im using 98SE. i have an HP pavillion 8565c. PIII 500, 128 megs ram, this this is fast..normally. it may not be a 1.4 Ghz athlon or p4, but hey, i dont need 1.4 ghz for IE, aim, and office.

hey it fixed itself...thank you God, and Bill Gates. (contrary to his opinion, they are 2 different entities)
