Lately, some files that I try to download from the Internet, I can't get the download to start. I keep getting a picture of the Quicktime logo with a tear down the middle. Sometimes I get a message stating that there is no viewer available.
Any advice on how to fix? Thx |

umm any type of file or only quicktime movies..?
if only quicktime movies, then you need to get an updated Internet Explorer quicktime plug-in. Actually, you can look in your temporary internet files folder and the movie should be there, then play it as normal. |

I seem to be having problems for any type of files, not just movies.
