monitor help plz?

hey guys, i have a NEC Accusync 95F. It has been working well until recently when i tried to adjust the verical and horizontal size on the screen. Anyway, now all the graphics on the top portion of my monitor is squished. i.e my icons at the top of the monitor appear smaller than if they were placed at the middle or bottom of my screen.

i have tried numerous times to adjust the screen settings, but nothing seems to work. i tried plugging in my laptop to the monitor and it still has the same problem.

if anyone could help i'd much appreciate it thanks a lot in advance

Try degaussing the monitor and also resetting it to factory settings. I don't know how the accusync's are setup, but on my multisync FE1250+ there is an actual reset button that you just hold onto for a bit to reset settings.

Yeah. . . probably time to send it back. Make sure you got nothing near the monitor that could be causing interference.

DONT SEND IT BACK!!!

Theres nothing wrong with your monitor, you must have just changed the wrong setting! on my Viewsonic the setting is called "V.linearity", i'm sure you have a similar one.
