virus problem within outlook express

Heh, I'm on a roll with all these problems as of late. So last night, I found out that my dad's system got infected with the Klez virus. So after taking the proper steps to clean the system, I notice that in his Inbox in Outlook Express, there are 3 emails (with infected attachments) so I decide to delete these. Only, when I delete one of these emails, OE decides to crash (GPF in inetcomm.dll) and when I go back into it, those 3 emails are still there. Anyone have a clue as to how I can delete those without OE crashing on me each time? I tried to delete them through NAV, but the same process happens with OE crashing at the end. Any additional help would be great. Thank you!
