Just look under C:\Documents and Settings\yourusername\Favorites
where yourusername is whatever name you use to log into XP. If you're not sure what name you use, just go to Start|search and search for Favorites. Then just copy the folder to the same location on your new PC and **POOF** there they are.

Yeah, bookmarks are just regular short cuts... you can also recreate them by right clicking in the folders and goto create new... short cut... and just type in the hyperlink. Oh yeah and them rename it.
