which memory will fit into my lap top.

i have a Sony VAIO® FXA63 Notebook PCG-FXA63

but all it says on the specs on the sony site is that it's
256 MB SDRAM, expandable to 512MB

but on there's like pc2100, pc2700, pc3200, how do i know if it fits?

Looks like you're using PC133, if you can believe that. At least that's what I found at Crucial when I searched for your model number.

yeah check crucial. they have a nice little program that scans your whole computer and tells you if you even have any memory banks open.
