HELP--what is the best IP for New York City?
Help--have been with AOL and hate them. Need to switch but do not know what provider to go to. Need recommendations (and/or who to avoid). Have minimal tech ability so need something easy to use and which has tech support. Use dial up. Need unlimited use (or pretty large use) plan since spend probably way too much time on the internet.In New York City.
