Anyone ever use Netsupport Manager on a regular basis? x-post
Got a demo at work and it seems like a pretty comprehensive tool. We'd need it to dial out and remote control off-site PCs and do file transfers.
It seems that it's great for managing/supporting inhouse (netowrked) PCs, but the jury is still out for me on it's dial out properties. At least so far. Any experiences, anyone? Dave. |
