printer not printing in landscape mode

ok. i have a brother HL-1440 (laser) and an epson 785epx (photo inkjet). when i have MS Word in the landscape form and i want to brother laser printer, i get an error saying that the margins are off and it prints in the portrait form (i changed the printer setting to landscape as well). but when i print the same thing with my epson, i get no problem whatsoever. any help? thanks!

Laser printers usually need more margins than inkjet printers. Make sure your margins in the page setup are within the req for the printer.

I'd suggest getting the latest drivers for the printer from Brother and not trusting the native XP drivers. Sometimes they can cause issues especially when it comes to printing.

i did a software update check with my brother printer and i'm up to date. da heezy fo sheezy.
