NEED help with these damn Pop ups

So this freaking kind of pop up is not a usual pop up, it doesn't use IE to open as a pop up. It uses a regular button window saying i need this or I need that. And ALL I can do is press the little x in the corner or press the OK button in the middle!! And it's not like a normal popup. The damn pop up stopper doesn't detect it!! SCREW ME WITH THESE DAMN POP UPS! somebody help!

I remember reading another article about this that discussed what disabling this service would change (i.e. what windoze notifies you about thru this service), but I don't remember where. I'm looking.

always remember, that mozilla, and firebird are your friends

especially when you need to stop pop-ups of the non-messenger related kind
