Does anyone know the best and cheapest way to regulate voltage to my appliances (tv, air conditioner, etc)? Sometimes my TV gets fuzzy and my AC is weak, and I figure that it must be b/c of power issues.

I have read about surge protectors, UPC, and stuff like that, but the prices range from really cheap to super expensive. Anyone have any recommendations on what I should use to keep everything running consistantly well?
