HD and Mobo questions

I've got an older Abit KT7 Socket 462 mobo. I'm looking to upgrade my HD from a 40GB to something much larger.

The mobo currently supports ATA 100 HDD's. I'm looking a few online, one of which is an Internal ATA/133 drive. Will this work with my setup?

Also, will EIDE drives work? I'm a little confused.

I'm still using an Abit KT7A-Raid (but toughing it out until I go for my next system). You shouldn't have any problem hooking up an ATA-133 drive (but it might not run at its highest potential).

Your mb should be able to take any of the new (e)ide hdd's. You may have to partition the larger (120GB?+) ones to use the full capacity though.
