Post Good monitoring tool to capture setup files and registry

Hi,
Does anyone know a good monitoring tool to capture setup files, like what files are installing, what registry key changes. I know Filemon or regmon but those are real time, means if you click mouse it will also capture the click.

Thanks in advance.....
