Playing too many games.. and had a problem a few minutes ago..

I was playing the demo for DragonShard, and had been doing so for like an hour and a half, when it suddenly froze up. Computer locked up for a little bit and when it decided it was done being retarded, I got a BSOD.

The error message had to deal with the display driver.
And I recall -though maybe it wasnt on the BSOD, maybe it was some other error message at/around the same time..- that it said something to the extent of 'failed to draw some image'.

running a 6800GT, 81.98 drivers.

Does this sound like a problem with the driver to anyone, or a problem with the game???

That's the beauty of a BSOD - could be either! As a bonus, I'll also throw out there that it could have just been the card overheating, too.

If it happens again, write down the error message exactly as it appears on the screen & then google it. I'd say the most likely scenario is 1) something in the video driver is conflicting with something in the game, or 2) the card overheated.

Check Dragonshard's website for patches and updates. Check for known issues with your card as well.
