Menu Hover Problem

I dunno if StyleXP would have any influence on this but ive tried enabling other styles & disabling them/reverting to windows default.

However I've reached the problem of when I go to my start menu, and try to hover over programs, it wont open, I have to manually click every menu, they just wont pop out with a hover.

Anyone know a fix or tweak?

All feedback greatly appreciated.

I'm assuming you've messed with the basic windows settings that do that right?
I know about where it is.. just dont have the time to look for it right now.

I'll look into it this afternoon though if you still havent figured it out.

It's been like this for a while, and I didnt mess with the settings or any settings involving mouse hovering, however I did try to correct settings, which were set properly to my surprise.

Theres an area off of start menu properties that says it deals with this, I've tried toggling, fruitlessly.
