Anyone have a Lyra x3000?

I just got a lyra x3000 and I am having a lot of problems with it. First of all, it doesn't seem to support all of my MP3s that I have. Every so often, it will just pop up a message that says "File not supported" and move on. That however is least of my problems. The biggest problem is that if I ever load 1,312 or more songs on a playlist, then try to turn shuffling on or off, the system crashes. This is the thrid one that I've tried and I still can't get it to work. Does anyone else have one of these?
