I was watching Dr. Phil like I normally do, and today is the release of His wife Robin's book. She wrote her first book on her life. It is called "inside my heart" I want it. I can't wait to ask for it for Christmas this year. It will be one of the few things that I will get true enjoyment out of. It looks to be a wonderful book.

After watching the special on it and hearing from people who have read it, it seems to be a very empowering book for women.
