where do you buy women's suits??
I need a nice suit, but I don't want to spend that much money on it (since I only wear a suit once every 3 years or so!). Any ideas on where to go?

Try Nordstrom Rack. They have the same nice suits that Nordstrom carries, but at discounted prices.

If you check out any department store or outlet store they are bound to have dozens of offerings. Obviously you can get them tailored as well, so that it all fits properly.

I'd say Kaufmans, but since they are Macy's now..go to Macy's..or the Bon Ton if you have them around..they have nice suits.

Casual Corner. Especially if you are near an outlet store. The prices are reasonable and styles good for business or casual.
