Soap recommendation?

I remember from some old thread here that most commercially sold soaps have chemicals and will deplete your skin of natural oils resulting in dryness. Winter is coming around the corner and I always have pretty dry skin. Are there any "natural" soaps that won't dehydrate my skin too much?

TIA

MikeD that's actually the soap I've been using for the last couple years. Do you think it is better than other commercially sold soaps? My skin is still always a little dry.

Although I was thinking less corporate, more "homemade-style" brands, KIISQueen, maybe I'll give that a try.

I use the Crunchy buttercup from this site. I love it. I got a sample bar of it to try like 3 or 4 months ago and I still have it. I don't have the tight dry feeling I normally got from soap, and the oatmeal flakes in it make a good exfolient. I have also used the basic facial bar as well. They are a really agreat couple to do business with as well.

By this site do you mean GA? I'm a little confused.

My skin gets dry, and my doctor recommended Dove. I tried it and have used it ever since. It works well for me, but sounds like it doesn't for you.

BI sounds like the king, though...might want to try his suggestion.

If not, I'd make an appointment with my doctor or a dermatologist and get their recommendation. Leave it to the pros, see what they say.
