Well, if you say "man or woman", I would vote "woman". But when you say "men or woman", I would have to say men, as collectively two or more men will require more total hours of sleep than one woman.

My wife can operate on so little sleep, I get dizzy thinking about it.

I surely need more (and more than the 5-6 or so I'm currently getting).

I don't really think this is really a gender issue, but I went with women anyways.

Women it seems...

They tend to want to go to bed earlier... and sleep longer.

However, us men are more prone to snatch a "catnap" whenever possible (like right after work.
