Ever since I got a toaster oven a couple months ago, it has become my favorite way of (re)heating food.

I've never heard of anyone heating bread in a pan.
All my bread goes in the toaster oven.

In a skillet over high heat with a little butter or oil. Cut in slices and serve with hummus or baba gannouj.

I nuke my pita when I'm dipping in hummus.

My wife prefers to toast it in the toaster oven. I guess it really depends on what you're using for?
